Last night I started the final disk of 24 Season Five, the
previous four episodes had kept me up to
about 2 A. M. That’s what
character writing will do to you.
I hope my book Siolam, does the same thing for it is a quick read even
if it was a slow edit. http://www.amazon.com/Siolam-Black-Western-Darrell-Banks/dp/1515299236/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1442695944&sr=1-1&keywords=siolam
You see writing a novel is very simple. You just dedicate 2 to five hours per day to
complete your project. Proficient
writers can kick out a novel in three months.
Some screenwriters can kick out a screenplay in two weeks.
But most writers are like Nicolas Cage in Adaptation. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0268126/
In the movie biz, you have readers, editors, rewrites.
In the novel business, either you pay someone $5/page x 298
pages or you do it yourself.
When you do it, yourself you have to focus on.
1. Character
2. Plot
3. Storyline
4. Continuity
5. Then grammar.

6. Then spelling. (sic)

Repeat about ten to twenty times and you should be good in a
year.
